Sales agreement
These Sale Conditions apply to all tickets sold by Paris Eventicket SARL.
The present Sale Conditions are systematically submitted to each buyer's approval in
order to enable him to place an order. Subsequently, placing an order implies an
unconditional acceptance from the buyer of all Sale Conditions.
Article 1 - Price of the tickets and payment.
1.1 - The price shown on the tickets is always in Euros and includes taxes.
1.2 - All orders can only be paid in Euros, regardless of the place where they are
issued.
1.3 - For several events, the price charged by Paris Eventicket includes the face
value of the ticket plus extras: commision of the supplier and processing fee
The amount of this commission may vary according to the event and its
venue.
1.4 - Paris Eventicket is free to change its prices at any time without notice but
any order is charged on the basis of the price specified at the time of booking.
Article 2 - Payment procedures
- Three means of payments are accepted, but according to the circumstances,
conditions apply:
Payments by check if order processing time allows it. The order processing time can
vary according to:
- the remaining time between order date and event date
- the issuing address of payment and the delivery address of the tickets
Payment by check is possible only for the orders placed at least one month before the
date of the designated event.
Payment by credit card :
Paris Eventicket allows you to book your tickets on-line through BNP PARIBAS Secured
Online Payment System, allowing you to process your payment in real time. Your
booking request is definitive once your transaction is accepted and your account
effectively debited.
Reservation is confirmed by the transaction number in your account confirmed by email.
The following international credit cards are accepted : CB, VISA, EUROCARD, MASTERCARD

Payment by check is equivalent to an optional reservation. If you ever pay by check,
your check must reach us within 10 Days so that we can proceed to the definitive
confirmation of your order. In order to ensure your reservation options are kept
until your check is received and your payment confirmed, you are invited to send your
check as soon as your order is placed. For a faster and safer procedure you are
advised to indicate your order number and the event name on the back of your check

Your option is valid for 10 days from the date of your order. After this time, if we
still have not received your check your option is automatically cancelled. Your
option is only confirmed after your check has been effectively cashed in. The seats
assigned to you once your check is cashed in should correspond to the category of
seats you requested.
Article 3 - Order confirmation
Any payment to Paris Eventicket, whether it is for a ticket reservation or after
clicking the "Send my tickets " button, implies the buyer's full acceptance of the
present Sale Conditions without any restriction. The data saved by Paris Eventicket
is a proof of all the previous transactions.
Article 4 - Tickets delivery
*Indicated time runs from the day tickets are dipatched from our office.
You can choose the place of your order delivery according to the time required to
process this order (as mentioned in the article 3) and according to the time related
to the mean of payment you selected.
Your order is delivered by mail at the address you indicated and according to the
following criteria :
For addresses in metropolitan France : Secured Mail with proff of delivery (
Recommandé Accusé de Réception) within 7 days maximum from the date of the expedition
- Chronopost, 48 hours frome teh day pf expedition
For addresses outside of metropolitan France : express mail FEDERAL EXPRESS or DHL
- Delivery date may be different from reservation date. Your reservation is confirmed
and guaranted by your transaction number send by email.
Time for edition and printing of the tickets for special events can be different from the date of reservation. However, tickets will be send 15 days maximum before the event.
- Pick- Up at our office: Onppointment only at business hours.
- Late and last minute booking:
15 days before the can be delivered at your Hotel, or on the venue.
Article 5- Cancellation
All events are held under the sole responsibility of the organiser. Paris Eventicket
cannot in any case be held responsible for the cancellation of any event.
- In case of an event cancellation decided by the organiser, your tickets can be

We strongly advise you to send your tickets via mail with proof of delivery to keep a
record of your sending.

Article 7 - Responsibility -
Aplicable Law: For the routing of the tickets, Paris Eventicket.com works with external carriers and delivery companies. Consequently, Paris Eventicket cannot be held responsible in any case for the routing of the tickets.
Each show/event organiser establishes the rules and regulations suitable for the
organisation of his show/event which are fully applicable by his customers. These
rules and regulations are transmitted to the customers by the organisers.
The services described and specified in the above articles are submitted to the
French law. In the event of litigation, only the Courts within the competence of the
