Can I cancel or change my booking?
We regret that we cannot exchange, refund, transfer or return tickets unless the event in question is cancelled or details of the event are significantly changed (for example, show time, venue, date etc)According to the french law for distant sales, you can cancel your order and ask for a refund on your credit card account. Within a 7 days time maximum after your order confirmation. pay back request and cancellation by email only.
When will I receive my tickets?
Tickets are mailed one week maximum before the event. Usually tickets are dispacthed 15 days after your order. For several events pre ordered tickets can be print 4 or 5 week after your order .That does not affect your reservation.For special delivery at hotels, personnal adress, or collet at our office please contact our customer service to arrange an appointment.
Where are my tickets?
You’ll need your booking reference number (contained in the confirmation email we sent you when you ordered your tickets or given to you verbally if you ordered using the phone) and your email address. Just follow the on screen instructions and you’ll soon find what stage your order is at. - pending: Your order is registered in our database, an email confirming your booking order has been send to your personnal adress.- Cancelled; your order is not confirmed, due to various reason, payment default, order aborted...
- Processing: Your ticket(s) has been edited in accordance with your order.
- Dispatched: Your ticket(s) has been mailed.
